"We recently engaged the services of Mary Murphy, Alexander Technique Teacher, for 20 minute one to one sessions in our workplace.
This method of releasing physical, mental and emotional tension was delivered in very professional and friendly way.
The employees loved their special treat and felt very relaxed and energised after each session. We would highly recommend Alexander Technique

Paths to Wellbeing Wellness Event
The Wellness Event will introduce you to two wellbeing initiatives that can be presented in your workplace:
Alexander Technique and Reflexology.
Alexander Technique
Learning the Alexander Technique involves becoming aware of and changing long-standing detrimental habits of movement. The Alexander Technique teaches you among other things how to move with greater ease and how to breathe more efficiently.
During the 2 hour Paths to Wellbeing Wellness Event you will be given a broad understanding of some principles of the Alexander Technique and how to apply them in a work situation.
Alexander Technique Teacher: Mary Murphy
Mary has provided training to workplaces in the area of occupational health and safety since 1993 and qualified as an Alexander Technique teacher in 2018.
Published Research Findings
"One to one lessons in the Alexander technique from registered teachers have long term benefits for patients with chronic back pain." – British Medical Journal BMJ 2008;337:a884
Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the premise that there are nerve endings from all parts of the body in the feet. So by working on the feet you are working on the whole person. The client removes their shoes and socks and lies comfortably on a table during the session. Its many benefits include relaxation and stress reduction. During the Paths to Wellbeing Wellness Event you will be offered a Reflexology Session.
Reflexologist: Therese Moylan
Therese is a qualified nurse with over 20 years’ experience as a reflexologist.
